As a husband and father of 4, the decision to embark on this entrepreneurial journey was fueled by a commitment to make a meaningful impact. By establishing a compliance business, there's an opportunity to build a legacy of integrity, professionalism, and service excellence. Being self-employed provides the flexibility to prioritize family obligations while pursuing professional goals, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Through this venture, the aim is not only to provide for the family's financial security but also to inspire the next generation by demonstrating the value of hard work, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit.

 

With more than 15yrs experience in Safety, Health and Environmental, I have worked with DNR, IDALS, FMCSA, DOT, EPA, OSHA, Homeland Security and various insurance companies to ensure compliance is achieved. Certifications include: First Aid/CPR and AED, STS, OHST, OSHA 10, Train the Trainer Forklift/Skyjack, Confined Space and HAZWOPER 40.
